- Cook the Rice: Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook using a rice cooker or bring water to a boil, add rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15–18 minutes. Set aside. Prepare the Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties

- Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 4–5 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.Make the Gravy: In the same pan or a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to form a roux (about 1–2 minutes). Gradually add beef broth while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened (3–5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

- Fry the Eggs: Heat oil in a skillet and fry eggs sunny-side up (or to your preference).Assemble the Dish: Place a scoop of rice on each plate. Top with a hamburger patty, then a fried egg. Generously spoon gravy over the top.

Cooking Tips
- Use day-old rice for better texture if available.
- Don’t overmix the beef mixture to keep patties tender.
- Add mushrooms or caramelized onions to the gravy for extra flavor.
- For a richer taste, use beef stock instead of broth.
- Adjust gravy thickness by adding more broth if it becomes too thick.
