I dip, you dip, we dip
This past Friday, February 2, 2018, Honolulu Cookie Company staged a cookie-dipping event to trumpet the Grand Reopening of its Waikiki Beach Walk location and to welcome the Valentine’s Day gifting season.
Honolulu Cookie Company’s Waikiki Beach Walk store has nearly doubled in size following its recent renovation. The stylish store has been updated with contemporary, darker wooden panels and shelving, and with fresh treatments to the signage and story wall. Closing in early September and reopening in late November, the store has grown to nearly 1,100 square feet from 500 square feet. The company hired additional team members for the expanded operation. Additionally, it is the beginning of Valentine’s Day gifting season, so there are plenty of reasons to celebrate.
For the grand reopening celebration, customers were invited to try their hand at dipping a Honolulu Cookie Company Butter Macadamia nut, premium shortbread cookie in luxurious milk chocolate.
Following is the Tasty Island’s photo coverage of the event. Enjoy. ;-)
Huge mahalos to Erika Engle of Food Gurus Hawaii and Brandon Suyeoka of Honolulu Cookie Company for the grand opening invite. The Pineapple-shaped Butter Macadamia Nut Shortbread Cookies dipped in fresh, hot melted milk chocolate are off the chain!
